U bent eigenaar of bevoegd om deze specifieke woning te verhuren. U geeft een niet-exclusieve, kosteloze licentie om de door u aangeleverde gegevens, omschrijving en foto’s op zoekhuur.be op te slaan, technisch te verkleinen en te publiceren. U behoudt uw rechten en bevestigt dat u de benodigde rechten van eventuele fotografen en andere rechthebbenden heeft. De licentie betreft alleen deze advertentie en deze versie; geen andere of toekomstige woningen. Wij scrapen hiervoor geen Facebook of andere platforms.
Plaatsing is gratis tijdens de pilot. Basiszoeken en contact opnemen blijven gratis. Huurders kunnen vrijwillig Premium-hulpmiddelen kiezen voor €9,95 per maand of €79 per jaar. U stemt in met publicatie binnen dit commerciële model. Alleen als u de afzonderlijke optie kiest mogen de basisgegevens en advertentielink ook in zoekmeldingen per e-mail en browserpush verschijnen.
Uw volledige naam en bevoegdheidsverklaring zijn alleen voor onze controle. Gemeente, postcode, woninggegevens, omschrijving, foto’s en, met uw afzonderlijke toestemming, uw geverifieerde contact-e-mailadres worden openbaar. Vermeld geen identiteitsdocumenten, privégegevens van bewoners of andere personen en gebruik alleen foto’s waarvoor u de rechten kunt verlenen. Foto-metadata wordt verwijderd. Zie /privacy voor de verwerking van persoonsgegevens.
Elke inzending en inhoudelijke wijziging wacht op controle vóór publicatie. Controle is geen garantie over eigendom, veiligheid, verhuurbaarheid of een succesvolle verhuur. Zorg voor juiste, niet-discriminerende informatie en alle toepasselijke verplichte advertentiegegevens, waaronder de lokale energie- en huurprijsinformatie. Bij twijfel kunnen wij aanvullend bewijs vragen of publicatie weigeren.
De publicatie en licentie eindigen op uw gekozen einddatum, uiterlijk na 90 dagen, of eerder als u verwijdert of uw rechten vervallen. Verwijder de advertentie zodra de woning niet meer beschikbaar is. U kunt bewerken, opnieuw ter controle aanbieden of direct verwijderen via /place-property. Verwijderen trekt de publicatie- en contacttoestemming in en verwijdert de advertentie en foto’s uit ons systeem; al bezorgde e-mails kunnen niet worden teruggehaald. Niet-gepubliceerde inzendingen en verlopen advertenties worden uiterlijk 90 dagen na afloop verwijderd. Niet-gekoppelde uploads worden na 24 uur opgeruimd. De beperkte bewijsregistratie van uw akkoord en controle blijft maximaal twaalf maanden bewaard voor geschillen en beveiliging; dit is onze bewaartermijn, geen wettelijke minimumtermijn.

Vous accordez une licence non exclusive et gratuite pour stocker, redimensionner techniquement et publier vos données, description et photos sur zoekhuur.be. Vous conservez vos droits et confirmez les autorisations nécessaires des photographes et autres titulaires. L’accord couvre uniquement cette annonce et cette version, pas d’autres biens ni des biens futurs. Nous ne collectons pas cette annonce sur Facebook ou d’autres plateformes.
La publication est gratuite pendant la phase pilote. La recherche de base et la prise de contact restent gratuites. Les locataires peuvent choisir des outils Premium facultatifs à 9,95 € par mois ou 79 € par an. Vous acceptez ce modèle commercial. Les données de base et le lien peuvent figurer dans les alertes e-mail/push uniquement si vous cochez l’option distincte.
Votre nom complet et déclaration d’habilitation restent privés pour vérification. Commune, code postal, caractéristiques, description, photos et, avec votre accord distinct, adresse e-mail de contact vérifiée deviennent publics. N’incluez pas de documents d’identité, données privées d’occupants ou de tiers, ni de photos sans droits nécessaires. Les métadonnées des images sont supprimées. Consultez /privacy.
Chaque envoi ou modification doit être vérifié avant publication. Le contrôle ne garantit ni propriété, ni sécurité, ni possibilité légale de location, ni résultat. Fournissez des informations exactes, non discriminatoires et les mentions publicitaires locales obligatoires, notamment énergétiques et de loyer. Nous pouvons demander des justificatifs ou refuser la publication.
La publication et la licence prennent fin à la date choisie, après 90 jours maximum, ou plus tôt en cas de suppression ou de perte des droits. Retirez les biens indisponibles. Modifiez, soumettez à nouveau ou supprimez immédiatement via /place-property. La suppression retire l’accord de publication et de contact et efface l’annonce et ses photos ; les e-mails déjà reçus ne peuvent être rappelés. Les annonces non publiées et expirées sont effacées au plus tard 90 jours après expiration. Les images non liées sont supprimées après 24 heures. Les preuves limitées d’accord et de contrôle sont conservées douze mois maximum pour litiges et sécurité ; il s’agit de notre politique et non d’un minimum légal.

You retain your rights and confirm all necessary permissions from photographers and other rightsholders. Only this listing and version are covered, not other or future properties. We do not scrape Facebook or other platforms for this submission.
Publication is free during the pilot. Basic search and contact stay free. Renters may choose optional Premium tools at €9.95 per month or €79 per year. You agree to publication within this commercial model. Only if you select the separate option may the facts and listing link appear in email/browser search alerts.
Your full name and authority declaration are private review data. City, postal code, property details, description, photos and, with your separate permission, verified contact email become public. Do not include identity documents, private information about occupants or others, or photos you cannot license. Image metadata is removed. See /privacy for personal-data processing.
Every submission and content edit needs review before publication. Review is not a guarantee of ownership, safety, legal rentability or a successful rental. Supply accurate, non-discriminatory information and all locally mandatory advertising information, including energy and rent details. We may request evidence or refuse publication.
Publication and the licence end on your selected date, at most 90 days, or earlier on deletion or loss of rights. Remove unavailable properties. Edit, resubmit or immediately delete at /place-property. Deletion withdraws publication and contact permission and deletes the listing and photos from our system; previously delivered emails cannot be recalled. Unpublished and expired submissions are deleted within 90 days after expiry. Unattached uploads are cleaned after 24 hours. Limited consent/review evidence is retained for up to twelve months for disputes and security; this is our retention policy, not a statutory minimum.
